For plastic materials, through the various technologies, Nobel Automotive has the ability to shape long lines of more than 7m in length, in a wide range of diameters and materials. Nobel Automotive also uses processes capable of achieving very low contamination levels and complying with the hydraulic cleanliness criteria required by customers and assemblers.

For metallic materials, beyond the conventional numerical control processes, the group is developing completely automated cells capable of achieving precision, combined with economical performance. 

For elastomers, Nobel Automotive uses different vulcanization and post-vulcanization methods to achieve the reticulation factors needed for excellent shape-holding and good mechanical performance.
